So Scott will be leaving tomorrow to go back to Iraq for a few more months and I will get back to the blogging every day for him. But while he was here the last few weeks something happened........................
We are expecting baby #2!!!!! :) I am about 4 weeks along and we couldn't be more excited! I will post more news as we find out. Right now the estimated due date is June 8, 2010.

Day 165
Dear Daddy,
Today we had lots to do to get ready for you to come home. I helped Mommy do laundry, take off the sheets and comforter and wash them and then remake the bed. I helped her vacuum and dust too. When Papa came home from work Mommy and him went and picked up my trampoline at Wal-Mart but Mommy laughed because it was small enough she didn't need Grandpa's truck. Mommy said that you can put it together on Wednesday for me so you can see me jump in it for the first time. Its pretty neat looking. It has nets that go around it so I cant fall off. I have to call Grammy to thank her.
I can't wait to see you tomorrow Daddy!! I love you and miss you. So do mommy and Lana.

Day 164
Dear Daddy,
Last night was another night of me being up until 11pm and not waking up this morning until 9:45am. Mommy was getting ready and decided it was time to wake me up so I could eat breakfast and get ready for Gymboree. When she walked out of the bathroom to come wake me up I surprised her and was in the hallway smiling at her with Spot and Tiger and my blanket. I was so quiet when I woke up so I could surprise Mommy. She gave me such a big hug and kiss and told me how cute and how silly I was!
Not much went on today. When I took a nap, Mommy took the car down to get it washed and vacuumed while Grandma listened for me on the monitor. When i woke up I had a snack and then we went outside and Mommy, Papa, and I washed your car. Papa was mainly just there to watch to make sure I didn't run down the driveway or anything. But he didn't have to because I stayed by Mommy and helped her wash your car. Everytime it was time to rinse Papa would turn the hose on and I got to rinse. I even helped wash it with soap too. I got soaked from head to toe but had lots of fun. Of course I threw a fit every time the water got turned off, but I got over it quickly.
We had yummy tacos for dinner and I ate lots of cheese too. I love cheese just like you Daddy.

Day 163
Dear Daddy,
Mommy says its only a few more days til you come home! I can't wait. I am getting so excited.
We didn't do too much this morning, just ate breakfast and lounged around the house and ate lunch until nap time. After nap we went to Amy and Taylor's for a farewell BBQ for Taylor since he deploys this week.
I had a good time. There were a couple of other kids there that I got to play with and I got to play Rock Band. It was fun.
I had a hot dog and some pickles and fruit and chips and crackers. I ate a lot ! :)

Day 162
Dear Daddy,
I had my 2 year check up today. Mommy says Im growing so much! i weigh 24.5 lbs and I am 33 1/2 inches tall! I did so well and Dr. Barr was impressed by how smart I am. I was playing some games on Mommy's iPhone and when he walked in he was watching me and was amazed at how I know all of my ABC's, my numbers, shapes and colors. I did get 2 shots today. The flu shot and then another 1 that they had been short on so i am all caught up on my shots. I cried at each shot but only for about 30 seconds. Mommy said she doesn't blame me though because she knows how much shots hurt.
Then we had to run to Wal-Mart to pick up a few things and then we went home and ate lunch and then I took a nap while Mommy cleaned up some things.
After nap we needed to go to the grocery store but I didnt want to go. I threw a fit when Mommy tried to get me ready so Grandma said I could stay with her. Mommy is so appreciative when Papa and Grandma and Aunt Krista watch me so she can run errands. It is really helpful to her.
I love you and miss you Daddy! I cannot wait to see you! We are going to have so much fun when you are home. Mommy and Lana love and miss you too.

Day 161
Dear Daddy,
Mommy apologizes for not taking so many pictures lately. We have just been so busy between swim lessons and Gymboree and getting things ready this week for you to come home for your R&R.
Today we had swim class and of course I was up til almost midnight again last night so I didnt wake up until Mommy woke me up at 9:45. I ate just a small breakfast since on Thursdays I have to eat lunch a little early since swim class is at 12.
When we got home I took a nap and then woke up and went and got smoothies. After that I stayed with Grandma for a little bit while Mommy went and visited Kelly in the hospital with her new baby Davin. Mommy said when she got home "He is so cute! I want another baby" Silly Mommy. But I would like a brother or sister Daddy.
I love you and miss you Daddy. Tomorrow is my 2 year check up at the doctors. Mommy and Lana miss you and love you too.

Day 160
Dear Daddy,
We were supposed to go grocery shopping today when we woke up, but I slept til 10am! Wanna know why? Because I was up until midnight! Mommy doesnt know why I keep staying up so late or what to do with me. She doesnt want to get rid of my nap because she knows I still need them. I was doing this for a while a few weeks ago and then got better and now all of a sudden I am wanting to stay up all the time again. It doesn't make Mommy too happy though, but I know she still loves me!
Mommy says we have a lot to get done before you get here. She says we have lots of cleaning and some laundry and some grocery shopping and baking to do and we also have my swim lesson tomorrow and my 2 year check up on Friday. And then we are going to a BBQ at Amy and Taylor's on Saturday before Taylor deploys.
After my nap today I played with Papa and Grandma outside while Mommy took Lana for her walk. Mommy really wishes that she could take me with her to walk Lana, but its too hard to push the stroller and take Lana because Lana wants to go every way other than the way the stroller is going and she is afraid to just hold my hand because of how busy the streets around here are.
Well Daddy I should get to bed. Here it is 9:45 and Im still not sleeping. Mommy has my Blues Clues DVD on and is cuddling with me in hopes that I will fall asleep.
