Day 151

Dear Daddy,
Today was a relaxing day after our busy weekend. We woke up and Mommy found out that we wouldn't be watching Kayden today because she woke up sick. Poor Kayden =( Her and Kelly have been really sick lately. So Mommy and I just kind of lounged around all morning. I watched Cars with Uncle Curt while Mommy took a shower and then we ate lunch. I had some chicken nuggets and whole wheat pasta. It was so yummy. Mommy was very surprised that I ate all of my lunch.

I kind of threw a fit at nap time, but got over it quickly. Then when I woke up we headed to the grocery store. Mommy got me some new Earths Best Sesame Street cookies. They are organic and great tasting at the same time!

Guess what Daddy? When we got home from the store we got to skype chat with Aunt Natalie, Grammy and Aunt Anna. Aunt Dee Dee was at her friends and Grandpa was outside so I didn't get to talk to them. I loved talking to everyone though. I even got to see Peanut. I laughed when I saw him. I thought that was so neat.

Since I ate all of my dinner Mommy let me have a sugar free popsicle for dessert.

Day 150

Dear Daddy,
Mommy and I slept in until 9 am again today. Mommy loves all this sleeping in we have been doing lately.

I was happy to get to talk to you this morning. I love talking to you. I always ask Mommy to talk to you and Mommy says you are sleeping or are at work. You sure do work hard Daddy.

Today we went to Kayden's family's house for Kelly's baby shower. I had lots of fun. I got to go swimming and play with Kayden and have cake and chips and sandwiches and fruit. Kayden is coming over tomorrow while her Mommy goes to the doctor. I can't wait! I love playing with Kayden.

I was pooped by the time we left their house after the shower. It was about 5:30 and I fell asleep on the way home. I hadn't had a nap all day. Mommy is hoping I sleep well tonight.

Guess what Daddy? The chain counting down until you get home is high enough now that I can't reach it! Mommy says thats a good thing because it means there aren't too many days left until you come home to see us!

Day 149

Dear Daddy,
Mommy and I slept in until 9:15 today! Mommy woke up and realized how late it was and got up and then I decided to get up too. After we ate breakfast (I ate 3 waffles!) we talked to you for a little bit and then we got ready. I started throwing a tantrum so Mommy was worried about how I would be fore my pictures later today.

After lunch it was nap time. Mommy felt bad though because I actually took a good nap and she had to wake me up so we could make it on time to get my pictures taken.

I wasn't too cooperative with the photographer though. Mommy said they got a couple of good ones. She emailed you the pictures link. She hopes you like them. After my pictures I decided to throw a fit while we were in the middle of Babies R Us looking for gifts for Kelly's baby shower. It was a BAD fit and nothing made me happy. Mommy was not pleased with me.

When we got home I threw fit after fit over the littlest things. Until Grandpa came home from work and took me outside to work on the boat.

Day 148

Dear Daddy,
How are you? I am good and so excited because a little over two weeks til we get to see you!

Today I woke up around 9:30 because I was up til almost midnight again. Mommy thinks she is going to have to try letting me cry again instead of trying to get me to go to bed herself. She thinks Im testing her again.

We went to lunch with Amy and Jen today at Souplantation. It was yummy. Aunt Amy took me to get pizza and I ate 2 pieces! I also ate some pickles (my fav!) and some chicken noodle soup.

After my nap Mommy and Grandma and I went to Target so Mommy could get me some shoes that will match the outfit she picked out for my 2 year pictures tomorrow. And while we were there look what Mommy found for me:



Thats right Daddy. Lightning McQueen slippers! I love them. This is how much:

Day 147

Dear Daddy,
I was up late again last night. I went to bed for about an hour and half at first and then Mommy heard the bedroom door open but I never came into the living room so she went to the hall and saw me sitting in the doorway smiling at her. Im so silly! So she cleaned up all her crochet stuff and took me back to bed and I still didnt go to bed til almost 1130.

We had my swim lesson today. Miss Lori said I did so good. I go right to her off of the step and go right under water when she tells me to swim. Mommy is so proud of me. I still cry when I get back to Mommy but she knows Ill eventually get over that. I am doing so well and Mommy is so happy.

Mommy is excited to get my pictures done on Saturday. While we are waiting for my pictures we are going to pick something out for baby Davin for Kelly's baby shower that Mommy is going to on Sunday. She was going to take me with her since Kayden will be there, but its right at nap time so she doesnt want me to have a melt down in the middle of the shower. So Grandma said she wants me to stay here and play with her :) She said we could watch Cars too.

We had chinese for dinner. It was yummy yummy. I love chow mein and orange chicken.

Day 146

Dear Daddy,
Well today was supposed to be Gymboree day, BUT I was up until almost midnight and then slept horrible so Mommy didn't have the heart to wake me up that early. She said I looked so peaceful and sound asleep and didn't want to disturb me. Mommy said thats okay though because we got to hang out and play.

We had a good lunch. Mommy made me some pasta with parmesean cheese and she tried to get me to eat veggies again, but that didnt work. She has tried everything, even chopping them up really really fine and hiding them in other foods and I am still too smart and find them.

Mommy had a drs appt this afternoon so I stayed with Grandma. We had fun and she gave me my snack and some water and I was a happy camper.

Day 145

Dear Daddy,
Today was a day for swim lessons. Mommy had to wake me up at 915 since I was still sleeping. I didnt go to bed until almost 1230 again. Mommy hates this phase of me not wanting to sleep. She is really getting annoyed with it.

Miss Laurie said I did a lot better today. She said she can tell Im not as tense and that Im not as scared. I only cried each time when I got back to Mommy because I wanted Mommy to hug me and hold me. But then I was a good boy and sat back on the step until it was my turn again.

I was whiny a lot today and when I was eating dinner I kept pointing to where my 2 year molars are coming in so Mommy knew I had been whiny because of my teeth.

Here it is again almost 10pm and Im still awake. Mommy is not too pleased. I think its funny!
