Dear Daddy,
Mommy and I both woke up not feeling well at all so we didn't do anything all day. We did get to talk to you in the morning though so that helped cheer us up. We did do a lot of snuggling on the couch today and watching tv.
After my nap, Grandma watched me (since I still wasnt feeling well) and Mommy went and got some more vicks refills for the humidifier and she picked me up a smoothie hoping it would help with my sore throat since it was nice and cold and easy to swallow. I drank it pretty quickly so Mommy knew it must have helped some :)
I had some soup for dinner and after that we laid around some more and relaxed.
Mommy was glad I went to sleep by 9 tonight instead of midnight. I love you and miss you Daddy. So do Mommy and Lana.

- I have been the wife of a wonderful man, Scott, since February 5, 2005. We have a adorable son named Alexander. He came into this world September 4, 2007 and has truly changed our lives. Being a Mommy is the best thing I have ever done and I wouldn't trade one moment of it for anything. Every day my son does something new that just amazes me. He is such a smart little boy already and I am in awe of the things he learns on a daily basis. We also have another baby, Lana. She is a beagle and as with most beagles her nose often gets her into trouble. She is the sweetest dog you will ever meet and loves everyone. She has a real soft spot for her Daddy though. I love to scrapbook in my spare time (if I have any energy left over at the end of the day after chasing after Alex all day) :o)
